Grant Thompson has coached hundreds of leaders in dozens of industries, helping them to improve leadership and communication skills. He also works with management teams to develop and execute strategic business plans. He advises organizations on process improvement, employee relations issues, and performance management. Grant speaks professionally on his book as well as a variety of other leadership topics. He has a Doctorate in Psychology, a Masters degree in Education, and a BA in Communications from the University of Southern California. Prior to becoming a consultant, Grant worked as a teacher, a journalist, and owned his own small business. He lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife and three children and is a diehard college football fan.
