Congratulations to Magic Electric, Heating and Plumbing

Congratulations to the leaders at Magic Electric, Heating and Plumbing on their completion of TCG’s “Next Level Leaders Training Series.” Magic is one of the most dynamic, up-and-coming companies in Idaho!

Thompson Consulting Group recently had the honor of conducting a leadership training series for Magic Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air in the Magic Valley. Because this group has been through several of our leadership series, the team was ready for the next level, which prompted the name of the series: “Next Level Leaders.” 

President of Magic, Billy Salts, often says, “If you’re not developing your leaders, you are going backwards.” We wholeheartedly agree with Billy. In fact, research shows that investments in leadership training drive performance, help attract, develop and retain talent, and help companies be more successful when navigating change. Billy believes employee development is a crucial part of creating a positive corporate culture and he iand the company are featured in Grant’s new book, Diagnosing Your Team.

We worked closely with the Magic Executive Team to create the right curriculum for their leadership goals in 2020. Classes included:
