Our Training for Far West Agriculture
Our TCG consultants Natalie Hilde and Karleigh Deeds conducted a workshop with some new and upcoming agribusiness leaders around the Northwest. The workshop contained valuable strategies and training on how to grow as a leader. Some topics included communication, navigating difficult conversations and people, and identifying the key components of a respectful workplace. Another key aspect of the workshop focused on building a positive company (or team) culture.
Fostering leadership development through training is crucial to build necessary skills and knowledge. These leaders left with a solid understanding of organizational culture, managing employee performance, and better skills for effective communication. Research shows that leadership development enables organizations to do four things that drive sustained success:
