Karleigh Deeds has been working as a consultant since graduating from Boise State University in 2005. She has a wide range of talents with a specific focus on leadership and marketing.

Karleigh was a magazine editor for nine different local magazines for several years. Her experience as an editor gave her a unique perspective on how to inspire, lead and motivate others – especially through the use of language.

In her capacity with Thompson Consulting Group, she crafts leadership assessments, conducts trainings, and administers surveys. She also provides marketing support and guidance to several other businesses, in a variety of industries, across town.

A note from Karleigh: When I’m not making a killer loaf of sourdough bread or winning chili competitions, I can often be found tooling around town Danica Patrick-style as I run errands and deliver my children hither and thither. I enjoy a good glass of wine and insightful discussions about college football. I’m a fan of most sports and totally love camping. I like the Bee Gees, Josh Ritter and most live music but you won’t find me grooving to any of that new-fangled electronic dance music.
