Grant Thompson has been providing consulting services to clients throughout the United States for more than 25 years. Grant specializes in leadership development and has assessed, coached, and trained hundreds of leaders in dozens of different industries. In addition, he consults extensively with organizations on morale issues, teamwork, and business strategy.
Grant formerly served as Senior Vice President of Consulting for the IEC Group in Boise, Idaho. He has a Doctorate in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of San Francisco’s School of Education, and a degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. In addition to Management Consulting, Grant has held multiple Senior Executive positions including serving as CEO of AgConex and President and CEO of GenZ Technology.
Grant, a highly sought after speaker, is author of the book Leadership Isn’t Rocket Science: Simple Strategies Used by Great Leaders, which has been featured in multiple publications and on NBC Television. Grant’s newest book, Diagnosing Your Team: A Practical Guide for Understanding and Transforming Teams, is available now. Diagnosing Your Team takes Grant’s extensive team building experience and provides real solutions for recognizing performance issues and implementing strategies to elevate a team to high functioning and exceptional.
When Grant isn’t working, you can usually find him at some type of sporting event with one of his three kids, or keeping tabs on all things college football.
